The British Campaign for Wool hit the streets of America in a big way by wool-bombing New York City’s Bryant Park. The park’s fountain was transformed into a wooly wonder, while wool furniture and carpets were set out for people to congregate on.
The event is known as Wool Uncovered, and it was designed to show visitors the uses and benefits of wool.
There are also, apparently, live sheep, though I’m not finding any pictures of them. Would love to see a link if you see some!
