If you’re looking for a fresh take on the cowl, check out this pretty free pattern from Classic Elite Yarns.
The Buttoned Neck Scarf, designed by Susan Mills, uses a bulky blend of merino and alpaca for softness and warmth, and a dropped stitch pattern to keep the project from being too warm.
It’s a relatively quick project for intermediate knitters, and a great way to show off a treasured button, too!
