Free Pattern: Lily’s Washcloth of the Week

watermelon dishcloth lilyThe summer washcloth extravaganze at Lily continues this week with a fruit theme. The free knitting pattern (opens as a PDF) is a circular watermelon washcloth, worked from the center out in shades of pink and green.

What I love most about this design is the use of yarnovers to make the seeds. So cute!

If you’re into crochet, the pattern of the week in that world is another circular one, this time decorated with cherries.
