Knitting In Public Day

Saturday, June 9, 2007 is designated as World Wide Knitting in Public Day. To find out if your town has signed up for a planned event, WWKIP day blog has cities listed on her sidebar. It is too late to sign up here, but you could still get a few of your friends together and participate on a smaller scale. Contact your LYS and see if they have plans to participate.

I knit in public every nice day in the town where I work during my lunch hour. I get some smiles and lots of weird looks.

Do I care?

NO!!!

I am keeping my sanity by changing my focus. I return to work with a lighter heart and can finish my day without hurting anyone, LOL!
