Red Heart has a new yarn, Team Spirit, that is a 100 percent acrylic, two-color, self-striping yarn in a bunch of basic team color combos (where I live it’s all burgundy and white for the Hogs and purple and white for my Bulldogs!). To celebrate the yarn and get us all in the spirit of celebrating our teams, Red Heart is hosting a contest.
All you have to do is knit something using Team Spirit yarn and upload your photo to their Facebook page between now and Oct. 23.
The picture that gets the most likes will win its creator a $250 prize package, while the second-place winner will get goodies valued at $100. It happens the yarn is also on sale right now at their website, so go on and knit one for the team!
