The auction begins at 11 p.m. EST on Friday, April 20 and will conclude at 11 p.m. on Sunday, April 29. All proceeds go toward purchasing yarn for Rwanda’s 17 knitting cooperatives.
[tag]RWANDA KNITS[/tag] provides hand-operated, American-made knitting machines, technical and business training to Rwandan and refugee women living in Rwanda to enable them to increase their incomes through economically sustainable knitting cooperatives, producing garments for both the domestic and export markets.
