This time of year there’s clover everywhere, and clover and shamrocks (is there a difference?) are fun motifs for knitting and other crafts.
This 3-D knit shamrock from Inanna’s Knitting is really cute and a great way to practice some knitting skills.
The pieces are worked in the round on double-pointed needles and short-row shaping is used to make the petals. (I love shamrocks because their petals look like hearts!)
The stalk is also worked in the round, then all are assembled to make the finished object.
