Kitchener stitch is a classic way to close up the toes of socks, and is sometimes used in other knitting projects as well.
But it’s one of those things that we don’t use often enough to always be able to remember how to do it. There were years when I had to look it up every. single. time. I did it because I could never remember which way it went.
Louise Tilbrook wants to change that with her funny mnemonic device. I’ll let you check her blog for the full story that this cartoon illustrates.
Do you use any memory tricks in knitting? I’d love to hear about them!
