I shared this pattern for a knit dreidel from Knit Simple magazine several years ago, but it’s worth sharing again because it’s pretty cute and really easy to knit with a bit of scrap yarn.
Use different weights of yarn to get different sized dreidels, or make up a bunch in different colors and weights to make a Hanukkah garland to go over the fireplace or anywhere that needs a little holiday cheer.
(They also kind of look like acorns if you knit them in brown yarn, which is cute in a different way.)
Head to Knit Simple to grab the pattern.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
