I’m guessing there are two schools of thought when it comes to what to knit in these strange times. You might want to knit something skill building, complex, to keep your mind off things.
Or you might want something totally simple so you don’t have to think at all — just something you can work on while you watch TV.
The Breckenridge Cardigan from Mama in a Stitch is decidedly in the second category, which is where most of my knitting these days falls, too.
It’s two big rectangles seamed together at the back and sides for a roomy, boxy fit. And because it’s worked in a cotton blend yarn and has mid-length sleeves, it’s perfect for the changing seasons, too.
