If you’re a newer knitter wanting to try out some different skills, or a knitter with more experience who just wants to have some fun, the Nina cowl pattern by Gavriella Treminio is a great one.
This top down triangular cowl, which is joined in the round at the top to make it a cowl that looks like a shawl, features ridges of eyelets, textured stitches and bobbles to break up the Stockinette. It’s a good way to build up some skills or just add a little extra interest to an otherwise simple knit.
The pattern is available on Ravelry for $6.
