All I want to do these days is knit summer tops (and socks, but I’ll tell you about those later).
The Rib Lace Raglan by James N. Watts is a great option for summer and beyond. It features a rib pattern broken up by simple lace (it gives the look of dropped stitches) and you can knit it cropped or longer, with short sleeves or long. It would be a great one to stitch for summer and fall with different variations.
It calls for fingering or sport weight yarn as needed to get gauge, and is available in 9 sizes with chest measurements ranging from 30 to 62 inches (the sweater with ease ranges from 36 to 67.25 inches).
You can get the pattern from Ravelry.
