It’s hot. (Probably.) I get it. I live in the American South, and it’s really tempting to make knitting a seasonal hobby. It’s hard to want to knit when you’re sweaty, and you might not think there are a lot of knit things you can use when it’s hot outside.
To dispel that notion, I wanted to share this oldie-but-a-goodie roundup of summer knitting projects from BuzzFeed.
Go ahead and cast on a headband, little bag, skimpy top or some accessories for yourself or your home.
I’m pretty sure I need to knit a Harnett by Allyson Dykhuizen. Racer back stripes? I’m so in.
What are you working on this summer? Or if it’s not summer where you are, tell us how cold it is so we can remember that winter is coming.
