Elderberry Easter Bunny Knitting Pattern

February 23, by Shellie Wilson. Leave a Comment

These Elderberry Bunnies have been so popular over on our Facebook group, that I knew  I had to share the pattern link over here on the blog.

Elderberry Bunny measures approximately 10 inches/28 cms from foot to top of the head, not including ears. The feet, legs and body are knitted in one piece. Head, ears, arms and tail are knitted separately and sewn on. All pieces are knitted flat and assembled, assembly guide is included.
Pattern directions include: Elderberry Bunny; dress; bonnet; dungarees; hat and basket.

Suggested yarns for plain knit bunny:
Paintbox Simply Aran (1 ball)
Caron Simply Soft (1 ball)

Suggested yarn for a furry/fuzzy bunny:
Eider by Wendy (1 ball)
Phil Douce by Phildar (2 balls)
Phil Nounous by Phildar (2 balls)
Cuddly Chunky by King Cole (1 ball)
Velour by Katia (2 balls)
Eyelash yarns by Yarn Paradise
Eskimo by Stylecraft (this is a double knit weight, your bear may well work up smaller).
