I would swear that I have shared this pattern with you before, but I can’t find any proof of that, so if I have, I apologize and if I haven’t I didn’t want you to miss out on this cool pattern.
The Zoom Out Fingerless Gloves from Knitting and So on use a cool technique that causes them to build out in a circular manner across the wrist and hand. Starting from the outer edge, they’re worked in a circle in one piece and end at the thumb. You never have to cut your yarn, and even though it starts flat it ends up being worked in the round, so it’s also seamless. How cool is that?
There’s rather a lot of technique involved, and the pattern is meant to be adjusted to fit, so there aren’t any stitch count numbers given, so you’ll have to rely on your wits to make this awesome pattern for yourself. (Trust me, you have plenty of wits.)
Does this look like something you’d like to try? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
