Lion Brand has put together a kit that includes several flowers and greenery, as well as a knit bow to tie the bouquet together. (This one is directly inspired by the Olympics so I’m not sure how long it will be available.)
Ohmay Designs’ Rose is a pattern on Ravelry that uses DK weight yarn (though you can use whatever yarn you have to make flowers of different sizes)
iknitdesigns on Etsy has a cute pattern for a little bouquet of rose buds (or as she calls it a rose posy). They use DK-weight yarn
The Rose pattern by Libby Summers is a free pattern on Ravelry that includes a stem you could add to some of these other flowers that don’t already have one.
The Peruvia Rose is a free pattern from Berroco that uses bulky wool and is felted to hold its shape.
The St. George’s Day Rose by Dianne Jones is a free pattern using DK weight yarn that looks like a rosebud.
