It’s prime spooky knitting season, and I love this design for those times when you might want something seasonal that’s not a costume.
The Cemetery Drive Cowl by Emily Haver features ghosts in a graveyard and it looks great in black and white, black and orange or with a variegated yarn as the contrasting color. (I’m sure lots of other options would be great, too.)
It calls for fingering weight yarn (or two lace yarns held together) but you could make a bigger cowl with DK or worsted weight yarn if you wanted. It’s worked from the bottom up and uses stranded colorwork to create the design.
The pattern is available on Ravelry for $4.
