It might be getting a little late for starting a Halloween knitting project, at least if that project is a sweater, but I feel like the Superstitious sweater is one you could wear throughout the fall depending on how you knit it.
Designer Michael Shawn has pulled together lots of fun charts including witches, pumpkins, cats, bats, spiderwebs and Halloween themed words that you can combine in different ways to make a totally custom sweater.
You should definitely check out the Ravelry pattern page to see some of the variations at work, and grab the free pattern so you can make your own fun design.
There are 10 sizing options up to a 72-inch bust and it’s meant to be worn with no ease. It’s worked from the top down with a circular yoke in one piece.

While I was knitting this baby blanket, my husband was curious as to why I was knitting a baby blanket when there are no babies in the near future that we know of. (What we know is kind of relative since some friends told us they were adopting a couple of years ago with less than a month’s notice.)
