Let me start off by saying that MY heels are my socks worst enemy. From the minute the snow melts, the shoes and socks come off. I mow barefoot. I garden barefoot. I walk through the woods barefoot. I do my farm chores barefoot. Do Not Like Shoes.
So you can imagine the calluses, and the sharp cracks on the bottom of my heels. Now, seriously, I do not care what my feet look like. I’ll never be the type to score a pedicure, and if I did, the poor pedicur-er would run screaming in the opposite direction. That being said, it would be kind of neat to have feet that smelled like a cucumber instead of whatever I last stepped in!
Here’s what Dreamweaver Yarns says about this product:
Heel is a rich, nourishing foot cream for feet worthy of hand-knit socks.
Our unique combination of ingredients restores the skin and soothes tired feet. Cucumber extract, vitamin E and the soothing powers of menthol work together to form a luxuriously rich treat for sock-worthy feet. Go ahead. Indulge.

I’m a barefoot mama too and tend to soak my feet of an evening in peppermint tea then slather my heels in vaseline – it takes care of the worst of it at least and keeps them smelling fresh. 😉

Calluses and rough, dry skin are one thing, but cracks in your heels can be a sign of a fungal infection. You might want to talk to your doctor.
