These days I’m a little obsessed with checking out the new and trending projects on Ravelry. I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because I’ve been stuck in deadline knitting mode for so long that I just want to be able to start anything new so I need to see all the new things.
Whatever the reason, I was doing that the other day and the brand-new pattern The Goldilocks Zone from Paper Tiger caught my eye.
I mean, how could it not?
These stunning celestial mitts were inspired by a book about female astronauts out to save humanity, and they feature allover colorwork that looks like stars and asteroids. There are some stripes, too, as if the rest weren’t enough.
These are prefect to knit for a sci-fi or space-loving friend, and the pattern is free!
