It’s time for summer garment knitting if you haven’t started already, and I’m pretty well in love with this basic Raglan T-shirt from Classic Elite Yarns.
The yarn involved, Mesa, is a really great cotton yarn that is wonderful even for people who think they don’t like knitting with cotton. It’s soft, with pretty, muted colors and it’s easy and lovely to work with and to wear.
This project is a great way to use it, too, and this tee is sure to replace your current storebought favorite as just the thing to wear when you want to elevate a casual day.
Have you ever knit a T-shirt? I haven’t, but this pattern just might get me to do it. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
