I told you the other day that I Love Yarn Day was celebrated over the weekend, and Stitch and Unwind celebrated all last week with free patterns and other fun stuff.
I love these little coffee cup cozies embellished with cables and woodland creatures. You can choose a fox, owl or racoon, and the faces are stitched on with duplicate stitch after knitting the cozy, so the knitting itself is actually pretty easy. I don’t know which one I’d make; they’re all so cute!
If you need another seasonal coffee cup cozy idea, by the way, I shared a free pattern for a Halloween jack o’lantern coffee cozy on my Knitting Facebook page. I’d love it if you took a look, and if you want to give the page a like and/or a share while you’re over there, I’d appreciate it.
Coffee cup cozies are so fun to knit, and because they’re little projects you can make them for any holiday or occasion in very little time. Do you knit cozies? I’d love to hear about them!
