I am all about being less wasteful and using more things that are reusable, and if they can be handmade, too, so much the better.
Little scrubbies are great for removing makeup or washing your face, and these handknit facial scrubbies from Deborah West are a waste-free option that you can make with whatever little 100 % cotton yarn leftovers you have.
They only take about 10 yards of yarn and hardly any time at all to knit. You can make a whole pile in a weekend and keep them in a Mason jar on your bathroom counter. Then wash by hand or throw them in the laundry to use again and again.
