I realized the other day that I hadn’t knit any socks in quite some time. I need to rectify that soon, and the Pumpkin Nights socks from Dolly Laishram might be just the thing to do it.
These shorty socks feature fun carved pumpkins over most of the body, making a warm squishy sock that’s lots of fun to knit.
It also comes in four sizes so you can stitch them up for lots of people of different sizes.
The pattern is available on Ravelry for $5.

While I was knitting this baby blanket, my husband was curious as to why I was knitting a baby blanket when there are no babies in the near future that we know of. (What we know is kind of relative since some friends told us they were adopting a couple of years ago with less than a month’s notice.)
