Now that spring is here in my part of the world, I’m feeling the desire to do a bit more cleaning than I have been doing lately. If you need a little more motivation to get inspired to start your spring cleaning, check out these patterns for bathroom and kitchen knitting projects.
Compiled by Knits’ End, this collection of 21 projects includes a fun frog scrubby for the bathroom (plus a surprisingly cute octopus TP cover), a fox tea cozy and plenty of washcloths, potholders and more.
There’s some really cute stuff here — I also love the bulky Garter Stitch potholders and the arm-knit vase cover — that should inspire you at least to spring clean your stash and make something great to spruce up your kitchen and bath.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
