Yeah, I know, it’s not really fall, but the First Fall issue of Knitty was just released, and it’s big news because the online knitting magazine now has a responsive layout, meaning it automatically resizes whether you’re looking at the site on a computer monitor, phone or tablet.
The new code is brand new, and there may still be some bugs, but over time the full site including back issues will be redesigned.
So go check it out and kick the tires.
I love the simplicity and go-with-everything ease of the Concello cardigan from Alison Green, Cheryl Niamath’s basic-with-a-twist pullover Sophistical and the homespun using Wristicuffs, which you could make with any bulky yarn (they’re designed by Charlotte Marjoribanks). The applied I-cord edgings are great. I’d love to hear about your favorites!
