I love simple knits in the summer, but there’s no reason you can’t add a little fun detail. Or in this case a whole panel of fun details.
This leaf lace tee from Knitatude is a pretty simple, relaxed and boxy top with a panel of lace running up the front, which makes the knitting a little more fun and provides a bit of ventilation for hot days. (There are also some eyelets on the bottom half of the back, so you can still wear a bra comfortably.)
The pattern is available in nine sizes and is worked in DK weight yarn.
You can buy the pattern on Etsy.

We’re a big Studio Ghibli household, and while they are sometimes very protective of their copyrights (as evidenced by the number of patterns on Ravelry that were removed from the service when it received a takedown notice back in 2021), there are still a fair number of Totoro knitting patterns (as well as other designs I’m sure we’ll get to someday). Let’s check them out!
