If you’ve ever gotten a bunch of mini skeins — or wanted to use a bunch of little bits of yarn — but you weren’t exactly sure what you wanted to do with them all, the Scratch Solstice Cowl is for you.
Designed by Jen Peck for Scratch Supply Co., there are actually two design options here: one that uses 21 mini skeins and a background color, and one that uses just six.
Either way you can make a colorful cowl with a relatively easy repeating colorwork pattern. The design uses fingering weight yarn and comes in two different heights depending on how many colors you want to use.
You can get a copy of the pattern on Ravelry.
