Fingerless mitts are a year-round accessory for me, but they’re a great thing to knit and to wear when it’s cold out.
The Starlit Night mitts pattern from The Crimson Stitchery uses slipped stitches to make a field of stars on a dark background. It uses a combination of a worsted weight yarn and a laceweight mohair to add luxury and warmth.
The mitts are available in three sizes and there’s a coordinating shawl pattern if you want to make a matching set.
Both patterns are available on Ravelry.
