I am seeing twisted headbands everywhere this season, and while I haven’t knit one yet I’m thinking hard about it.
The Squishy Knit Headband from Red Heart uses their new Heat Wave yarn, which is actually supposed to be able to absorb the sun’s rays and make you feel up to 15 degrees warmer.
I have bought some of this yarn (actually in this exact color, which is called Bikini) but I haven’t tried it out yet. We’re facing a cold snap next week so maybe it’s time to give it a try.
Have you knit a twisted headband or used Heat Wave yarn? I’d love to hear about it!

do you have video on yarnspiration squishy knit headband ?

I don’t think there is a video but it’s a pretty easy project and it looks like it’s well explained in the pattern how to do the twist.
