So many knitting patterns seem to be for boxy and slouchy projects, so when I see something that’s more structured it really catches my eye.
The Ripple Jacket by Hinterm Stein is a project like that. It’s worked mostly in Garter Stitch but the shaping and details (as well as being knit with no ease) make it look like a tailored jacket.
It’s worked with two strands of fingering weight yarn held together for more of a worsted weight. The design is available in 8 sizes with a chest measurement from 34 to 58 inches.
You can download the pattern from Ravelry, where it costs €7.90.
