Knit Rowan has shared a few patterns for sunflowers and a free sweater pattern in yellow and blue for you to knit in support of Ukraine.
The flowers you can make to sell and donate the proceeds to a good cause (they recommend the Red Cross Ukraine appeal) or donate what you might expect to pay for these patterns (or more!) to the cause.
There are knit and crocheted sunflowers, a colorwork sunflower panel that can be put in a hoop and Suki by Martin Storey, a striped cardigan. You can grab all the patterns from Knit Rowan.

Ukrainian Etsy sellers are also listing digital items for donations.
Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
