This time of year we tend to think about the seasonality of our knitting projects a bit more. No one wants to knit a big wool sweater, but a wool shell worked in lightweight yarn is still a great piece for this time of year.
UraUe from Natsuko Iida is a sweet, simple, boxy top with a split hem and just enough Half Fisherman’s Rib at the top to make it interesting. It’s worked in the round from the top down and the pattern comes with a coordinating cowl, which makes this even better as a layering piece in the fall and winter. You can even wear it inside out for a different look.
You can get the pattern from Ravelry for about $6.42 (¥680 JPY).
