I was browsing Ravelry the other day, like you do, and I came across this super cute witch hat knitting pattern.
Not a witch hat like a hat a witch would wear, but a hat with witches on it.
The Which Witch? hat by yellowcosmo would be a great costume without a costume for a grownup who doesn’t like dressing up but still wants to be a little festive.
It’s worked in stranded colorwork for the witches and uses a contrasting color at the top, though of course you could make your background solid if you prefer.
The pattern runs $4 and is available on Ravelry.

We’re a big Studio Ghibli household, and while they are sometimes very protective of their copyrights (as evidenced by the number of patterns on Ravelry that were removed from the service when it received a takedown notice back in 2021), there are still a fair number of Totoro knitting patterns (as well as other designs I’m sure we’ll get to someday). Let’s check them out!
