Recently I went on a Girl Scout campout (if you can call hanging out in a lodge doing lots of crafting “camping”) and one of the projects the girls sewed was headbands with a bit of fabric and a little piece of elastic to help hold it on their heads.
This got me thinking how much I like the look of headbands yet so rarely actually wear them.
So my search for a cute knit headband was on.
I’m loving the Lola Headband from Gina Jones, which uses an easy two-color slip stitch pattern to make colorwork that looks more intricate than it is. I like the size and shape of this one, which can a bit hide messy hair and bad hair days.
You can get the pattern on Ravelry.
