I love single skein projects. Mostly because a lot of my stash is single skeins and I’m trying to pare it down, so anything I can make with a single ball makes me happy.
If you’ve got some Miss Babs Yowza, or anotherDK weight yarn in a length of around 500 yards, you can make this great shawl in a jiffy.
Tsukimi by Angela Tong is a triangular shawl worked in Garter Stitch with a fun lace edging. It works up fast on size 10 US knitting needles, so this would be a great project for a long weekend or to get ready for fall with a fun new accessory.
The pattern is $7 on Ravelry.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
