I’ve been thinking about Christmas in July this week and how, if I were going to knit anything for anyone this holiday season, now would be a good time to get started. (I’m not, because I have a book deadline in November.)
The always hilarious Franklin Habit has apparently been thinking about gift knitting, too, and he’s produced a handy flow chart to help you decide if a person is worth knitting for.
It takes you through various special occasions and life events you might want to knit for, determines the person’s interest in your knitting and your feelings about things like, say, the recipient turning the gift into a cat bed.
It’s super cute. and useful. Go take a look.
