Every year in February, Mason-Dixon Knitting encourages knitters to “Bang out a Sweater” with a quick sweater knitalong.
This year the garment in question is the Revolution, which isn’t really one sweater at all, but a whole interchangeable system of yokes and styles of cabled sweaters designed by Norah Gaughan.
Though the project technically started on Feb. 1, I think it’s early enough in the month that you could still jump onto that cabled train and have a sweater to get you through the rest of winter or the beginning of spring by the end of the month.
(As for me I’m still working on a different Norah Gaughan design, the super simple Silverberg, which I started in December and really want to finish soon.)
Are you banging out a sweater this month? I’d love to hear about it!
