Brioche knitting can be used for all sorts of projects, of course, but it seems like it’s most common on sweaters, hats and shawls.
The Sprouted Brioche Blanket from Lavanya Patricella uses blossoming brioche to make a blanket that almost looks like a giant flower blossom. It’s worked from the center out in two colors and two different weights of yarn to make a beautiful, delicate fabric.

Not too long ago I did a test knit for another designer that was for a cabled cardigan. It’s really cozy and nice but it just about broke me in a ton of different ways.
