Army of Knitters has released its Winter collection, inspired by the scenery and colors of upstate New York. In all there are nine patterns, including hats, sweaters, a dress, a scarf, a cape and a lovely pair of mitts.
I love the giant Tonogre Scarf, which was designed to fill the need for a scarf that would comfortably wrap three times around the neck (talk about warm!). The Zena Cloche is a pretty two-color hat with some short-row shaping for a little brim. And the Olivebridge Cardi is another beauty, with three-quarter sleeves and a waterfall, open front, it’s the perfect thing for layering.
Patterns are sold individually and sent digitally. They range from $4 to $7, depending on the complexity of the project.
See anything that catches your eye? I’d love to hear about it!
