Mistakes in knitting happen to all of us, all the time. Recently I was knitting a scarf and I somehow ended up with one more stitch than I was supposed to have, and I ended up knitting for a couple of inches before I realized my moss stitch had turned into ribbing!
If you’d like to learn how to fix your mistakes with less stress, check out this great little free (with free membership) ebook from Knitting Daily.
The Free Guide to Fixing Mistakes for All Knitters covers things like how to pick up a dropped stitch, knit back to a mistake, rip out knitting and recover from it, using a lifeline in lace, fixing a mis-crossed cable and more.
This is a really handy guide you’ll want to have close by when trying new knitting skills or just to have available when things go awry, as they seem to do often.
If you’ve made any mistakes in your knitting lately, I’d love to hear about them!
