Are the kids in your life playing with fidget spinners? Or maybe you have one, too? I think knitting is the original fidget toy, but that’s another story.
Kristen from Studio Knit says she was challenged by the kids in her life to knit a fidget spinner, which she did by adding I-cord to the top of the spinner.
You can knit I-cord in the traditional way or use a tool to make it for you.
Either way it’s a pretty quick project, and depending on the age of the kids they could even make it themselves (especially using a spool knitter or I-cord maker).
Would you decorate a fidget spinner with knitting? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
