It’s getting down to the wire for holiday knitting, so now might be the time to start thinking about knitting projects where the knitting is just part of the gift. For example, give a nice bottle of wine or olive oil and knit a bag to put it in.
The person who gets the gift can use the bottle of whatever and keep the bag to use when transporting bottles, or regift it when they give someone a bottle of wine.
This bottle gift bag from Classic Elite is nice because it’s a little fancier than a plain stockinette stitch bag but is still useful as insulation when transporting a glass bottle.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
