I know I’m not alone in my enjoyment of coordinating accessories patterns. I like it when there’s the option to match, say, your hat and scarf, and I’m trying to design more projects this way when I have the yarn to do so.
Melanie Smith at Craftown has been working on a “From Head to Toe” project that now incorporates matching hat, cowl, mitts and boot cuffs so you can have a matching look. Or use the stitch pattern but different colors for each piece for a look that coordinates without being too matchy.
Do you like your knit accessories to match or are you more eclectic? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
Very cute
