I have to admit, when I first saw this in Interweave’s magazine I didn’t even see it. But then, at our local fiber festival, I saw it knit up. In handspun. Hand painted. Yumminess!
When I asked what pattern it was she showed me the Interweave magazine. Well, I knew right there I had to have one. So I found some yarn at the same fiberfest (silk/merino, handdyed blend – more yumminess) and went to town. I LOVE IT!! It is warm and cozy and stylish (like I care on that front). Definitely one of my favorite “knit for me” items. And while I’m not knitting up to speed quite yet (seems knitting is a major irritator of tendonitis), slowly there are rows being knit.
What in the world does all of this have to do with this Everyway Wrap from Interweave? Well now, for a short time, the pattern is a free download, from Interweave!
Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
