Last week I told you about a woman knitting scarves for dogs; today I have a sweet pattern for a little bow tie for a dog. This is a great little scrap project for your dapper doggie and won’t take long to knit at all.
Worked in Garter Stitch, it’s super simple even for a new knitter and looks completely adorable, which is what we all want from our knitting projects, right?
(The pom poms are pretty darn cute, too, but either way please attach to a collar as shown for your pup’s safety.)
Wouldn’t this be great for a photo shoot? Or when you’re hosting a party? I love it. I almost want to make my cat start wearing a collar so I can make him a little tie, too.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
Thanks so much for sharing, Sarah!
