I feel like by this time of year I should really be thinking about spring and summer knitting, but my heart wants to knit more warm sweaters.
Crush by Anna Johanna is a cool knitting pattern chock full of techniques: brioche, cables, pockets. It’s worked from the top down in the round in DK weight yarn. There are nine size options and it’s meant to be worn with quite a bit of positive ease.
This sweater would be a great skill builder or a little more of a challenge than your usual sweater knitting pattern, but it’s well worth the effort. Grab the pattern from Ravelry for €8.90 (about $10 as of this writing).

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
