OK, it’s a little late to knit a hat for voting in this year’s elections in America, but maybe while you’re waiting for election results you can stitch something up for next time?
The Vote Beanie from Wildwood Designs ME is really quick and easy to knit and done in red, white and blue with vote in black lettering.
It’s worked in bulky yarn so it knits up really fast. And if you want a hat you can wear throughout the years and seasons, just leave off the word vote. You could continue the red and white stripes up the hat if you wanted.

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
