I have a friend who just the other day was lamenting the fact that chevron is still a trend. I didn’t want to tell her that knitters and crocheters have always loved a good chevron, and we’re happy to see the form in popular rotation again.
If you like chevrons and need to knit something cute for a fashionable baby in your life, check out the Chevron Baby Blanket from Red Heart. This one is done in “girl” colors, but you could just as easily throw in blue or even use yellow and green, or purple and white, or whatever you like.
The project is rated easy and was designed by Nancy J. Thomas. I think it’s adorable. What do you think of chevrons? Knit or no knit? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

Fall will be here before we know it, and that means there are holidays coming right behind where we might be entertaining at home. It’s always fun to have a hand knit touch in your home for other people to see, and if you’re going to be in the kitchen all day you might as well have some nice knit dish cloths to use.
