I just finished crocheting a really fun and super cozy pair of slipper boots (the Sierra slippers from Make & Do Crew), and I may be kind of obsessed.
I mean, knit socks are great, but pairing them with knit or crocheted slippers around the house just adds a layer of cozy comfort that’s even better, especially if you’re a person who always has cold feet (I certainly am).
So I was super happy to find the Moon Socks pattern from DROPS. They’re really cute and simple slipper socks, which they made holding a solid and a multicolored strand of yarn together. Grab two worsted weight skeins that match or clash, your choice.
The leg and foot of the sock are worked, then the loose cuff is worked sideways.
These look like a really fun knit I’m super tempted to cast on for right now.
Do you have a favorite knit slipper or boot pattern? I’d love to hear about it!
